Each 1 oz serving contains 2,000 mg magnesium, 1,500 mg thiamine (B1), 1,000 mg tryptophan, 1,000 mg taurine, 500 mg inositol, 500 mg pyridoxine (B6), 500 mg riboflavin (B2), 50 mg niacin (B3), 1,000 mcg folic acid and 500 mcg vitamin B12. 
 
Directions: Adult horse (900-1,100 lbs) - 1/2 to 3/4 oz twice daily as needed. 1 oz (approximate) measure enclosed. 2 lbs = about 64 servings.
